The Process

How It Works

The Weekly Menu

Guided by the seasons and what is freshest at the market. Think of it as a weekly omakase for your dining table. No deciding. Let LUMI take it from here.

The Table

Pick a rotation of three, four, or five dinners a week — a standing spot on my weekly schedule. I learn your household's rhythm and preferences to create a seamless, reliable routine for your table.

The Details

The food is clean, light, and protein-focused. Because I cook in small weekly batches, I easily accommodate simple adjustments like gluten-free options or leaner protein portions, along with simple preferences like no cilantro or mild heat.

A Separate Service

For severe allergies or conditions like celiac, where cross-contamination isn't a small risk but a real one, the weekly batch model isn't the right fit — and I'd rather tell you that upfront than have it go wrong later. Instead, I offer private in-home cooking: a dedicated session, cooked entirely in your kitchen, built around your safety and nothing else. It's priced and structured differently from the weekly menu, since it's a one-on-one visit rather than part of the shared rotation.

If that's what you need, tell me a bit about your situation and I'll take it from there.

The Investment

Service fees are flat-rate and based on your household's weekly pace — whether you choose 3, 4, or 5 dinners from the weekly rotation. Enjoy the flexibility to schedule week-to-week or pause whenever your calendar changes.

Service Fee: Weekly meal preparation starts at $300/week (depending on your meal count and household size).

Pantry & Groceries: A flat $20 pantry fee covers basic kitchen staples. Estimated grocery costs are itemized by menu selection and included on your weekly invoice alongside the service fee.

A Small-Batch Kitchen

Everything is made from scratch. Capacity is intentionally kept to a few local households each week. Openings on the weekly schedule are limited — connect below to save your spot.

Rizza — LUMI founder

The person behind LUMI

Hi, I'm Rizza.

I knew what I was good at. I knew what made people feel good. At some point, you just have to bet on yourself. So I did.

I've always loved cooking — for my friends, for my family, for anyone who showed up at my door. I have a garden full of fresh herbs and produce I actually grow. I love entertaining, and more than anything, I love that feeling of welcoming people in and making them feel at home.

I cook the way I live. I work out and swim every single day, so I know firsthand what real fuel feels like. No trends, no fluff — just clean, nourishing food built to keep up with your daily life. I want you to feel that too.

Not fancy. Just real. The kind of food that brings everyone to the table and makes them want to stay.

LUMI has always been a dream of mine. A leap of faith I decided to finally take.

"Why Lumi? Because I believe in bright flavors, clean ingredients, and food that leaves you feeling light and energized."
